Strength-Based Education 2.0 

The Institute for Teaching (IFT) Strength-Based Education 2.0 Appreciative Inquiry Summit, offered teachers and school community members an opportunity to collaborate, create and learn strength-based practices for creating A Culture of Success for All. 

The IFT believes the best way to learn is through participation.  Learning-by-doing combined with the Appreciative Inquiry model gives you the opportunity to Discover, Dream, Design and Deliver on creating a successful learning opportunities for all students.  By applying the Appreciative Inquiry process in your own school community, you can play a critical role in transforming public education from a deficit-based to a strength-based teaching and learning environment.
